About

We package the only food that melts while it’s being loved.

Customized Ice Cream Cups makes scoop-shop cups, gelato and soft-serve formats, sundae builds, matched lids and spoons, take-home pints and standing shop programmes.

Custom printed ice cream cups with logo

Every other food packaging job is static. Ours holds a product that is actively turning into a leak, in a cup that sweats on the outside, soaks from the inside, and gets gripped by a hand that just paid for joy.

That physics is the company: cold-rated board, print that survives condensation, rims that stay rigid to the melted end.

And around the cup, the system — because a counter runs on cups, lids and spoons agreeing with each other, not on any one of them.

Why we exist

Ice cream packaging fails in July: the print that smears on a sweating cup, the lid that almost fits, the rim that folds in the last soupy third, the stockout in the exact week the queue is longest.

Every one is a specification or calendar failure, decided before summer — and deciding them properly is the entire company.

Melt is the spec

Our board is cold-rated and poly-coated both ways; inks are chosen for condensation; colour is proofed to read through freezer-case fog; and rigidity is tested with the cup wet, because that is how cups are actually held.

A cup that has only been tested dry has only been tested in a meeting.

The counter is a system

Cups, seated lids, matched spoons, tasting spoons, pints — specified together, shipped together, so no week is a mismatch week.

Lids are tested on your actual cups, never quoted off a chart; ‘standard’ sizes across manufacturers agree just often enough to be dangerous.

Sizes are scoops

Counters think in kids’ taster, one scoop, two, sundae — so that is how we spec and sample.

Ounce charts live on the quote paperwork; they never appear on the cups.

Shapes follow machines

Gelato wants the shallow coppetta for the spatula’s fold; soft serve wants height and headroom for the swirl; sundaes want a load-bearing wall with spoon access to the bottom layer.

One compromise cup serves every product badly, so we shape each and brand them as one range.

The pint works retail

Take-home pints sell from behind fogged glass and then represent the shop from a home freezer for weeks — so their print is proofed against fog and frost, and their lids seal against freezer burn and reopen kindly.

The visit ends at the till; the pint keeps working.

Summer is Christmas

An ice cream counter’s revenue has a shape, and running out of cups in a heatwave is a preventable calendar failure.

Programmes hold your range on file, scale restocks to season, and flag the reorder before the weather spike — not after.

What we will talk you out of

A coffee cup doing an ice cream cup’s job. One compromise shape for gelato and soft serve. Lids bought off a size chart. Ounce markings on the artwork. And cones — a different craft, honestly referred to cone-sleeve specialists.

Each refusal costs us an order occasionally and a July never.
