How fast will my cups arrive?

Will the print survive freezers and melting ice cream?
That is the whole specification: cold-rated board poly-coated both ways, inks that hold on a sweating cup, and colour proofed to read through freezer-case fog. A cup that ignores melt is decoration, not packaging.
How are sizes specified?
In scoops, the way counters think: kids’ taster, one scoop, two scoops, sundae. Samples come first so the sizes are chosen in the hand; ounce charts live on the quote paperwork and never appear on the cups.
Do lids and spoons come matched to the cups?
Yes — that is the system: lids seated and tested on your actual cups (flat for tables, dome where swirls travel), spoons matched to your scoop’s firmness, tasting spoons for the case, everything shipping together so the counter never runs a mismatch week.
Do you make cones or cone sleeves?
No — cones are a different craft with their own geometry, and shops that need printed cone sleeves are honestly better served by a cone-sleeve specialist. We make the cup side of the counter and make it properly.
Can our shop run seasonal designs?
Easily — the programme holds your base range while summer runs, holiday flavours and special editions drop in as artwork swaps on the same cups, lids and sizes. No re-engineering, and back to base when the season ends.
What about take-home pints for retail?
